How long will it take to get my card?

Once we have your order and approval, it will take 7 to 10 days to handcraft your card.  Shipping will generally take 3 to 5 days.  Please allow 15 days from the day of your proof approval to receive your card.

How do I make payment?

Payment may be made by credit card or money order. Shipping costs will be added at time of order.  Georgia residents add 4% sales tax.

Will you send me a proof?

You are charged at the time of your card order.  If you so choose, a proof will be provided by email for your approval.  After you approve the proof, your card will be crafted and delivered.

You are responsible for returning your proof in a timely manner. If you do not return proof after 10 days, your card will be shipped to the requested address supplied at order.

Can I order by phone?

You may place your order via website or phone at 800-905-9138 or 404-259-3485. We've had plenty of experience, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Do you ship outside the USA?

We ship to several countries.  If your country is not listed while completing your shipping request, enter your address and a comment in the "Comments" area, and we will accomodate your request as best we can.  You will be charged whatever additional shipping and receipt confirmation fees that may apply.
